trying to decide which direction to go–either endomologie or velasmooth..please tell me your experience with either and approx. how much it cost you..did it work..were you happy..i am definatly doing one or the other but want to hear how your visits went..thank you..please include any little details they matter also..

I had a friend who is getting velasmooth. She has been 10 times and nothing has happened. The place said that she would see results in 5, but she has had 10. It cost her something like $2000. She is skinny too, and exercises everyday. She even bought their special cellulite lotion. Anyway, it didn’t work for her. I don’t know if she knows anything about endermologie. That’s all I know. cellulite is caused by the connective tissue under the skin. there is no temporary cosmetic product on the market that can permanently reduce this tissue underneath the skin. the only fixes are thermal resurfacing and enderdermologie. ($$$$) imagine putting raw egg on your face. it would make your skin tight but it would wash right off when you took a shower or started sweating or anything like that. those creams/gels, even the expensive ones are the same thing. save your money

Where can I get a microdermabrasion cloth?

I’m plagued with stretch marks on my thighs, and want to try the cloths out. I don’t want to get a microdermabrasion cloth off of ebay or any other internet site, so does anyone know of an actual store that sells these cloths? If not, is there a substitute that I can use that will do the same job? I’m looking for something that will remove the top skin layers gradually until I see improvement. Thanks!

nltinstl, I didn’t make the term up if you thought I was referring to “microdermabrasion” incorrectly – there are many vendors that are selling these “microdermabrasion cloth” items online, and that is what they call them.
But thanks for your help. I bought some Mederma yesterday.

The problem is the stretchmarks are a tear in the skin and go further then the first layer. You cannot get rid of them with microderm abrasion, they’re too deep. You need to cream them and its right, Dr. RX and other creams available in the drug store are actually working ok. Palmer has cream out for stretch marks and Nuvectin (not the right spelling, I think) also works fine, they even tried it with scars but its expensive.
