can the main ingredient of restylane (hyaluronic acid) cross the blood brain barrier?

I had a friend who is getting velasmooth. She has been 10 times and nothing has happened. The place said that she would see results in 5, but she has had 10. It cost her something like $2000. She is skinny too, and exercises everyday. She even bought their special cellulite lotion. Anyway, it didn’t work for her. I don’t know if she knows anything about endermologie. That’s all I know.
